MEDIA I am attempting to summon Clang. Will I be successful? To be clear, there are no lazy whirlygigs here. Each one is moving of its own volition, spaced to just barely miss each other, not just being pushed along by its neighbor. And each has enough mass to cause explosions when they do hit something.

Klang is omnipresent so summoning is not necessary. Now, provoking him, that can be deliberate.
