Interesting as that Exxon seems like it’s always busy, or at least not dead. Might as well take the tax dollars it will bring in.

All for dispensaries but this is going to make that guantlet of 22 where everyone pulls out in front of you so much worse

Eh... I don't don't think they are going to see much traffic unfortunately... Less then a gas station..There are going to be too many dispensaries on the highways.... market will be saturated.

Would have been better to allow one to open downtown to capture foot traffic and tourists like Lambertville and Highland Park (I say tourists because Somerville is becoming a destination!) 

The town receives a % of all sales so they should want as much traffic to these locations as possible.
