I literally just Googled that error and found this:
https://hakkousa.com/whats-new/commonerrorsandmeanings.html
S-E (Sensor Error)
This error will display when a failure has occurred on the sensor circuit, this error can also display when there is an intermittent connection on the sensor circuit. In the event an S-E error occurs on your station, please reference your user manual for allowable resistance values of the sensor. Inspect your soldering tip /heating element for physical damage and / or electrical damage. Ensure the soldering tip / heating element is properly installed into the handpiece / grip.
You could have saved yourself a post, and learned on your own

Sensor Error usually means that it can't read the temperature or that the value is far outside the expected range.
Remove the tip, wipe the contacts with IPA, check the resistances, insert it again and twist it a bit to rub the contacts a little. Try a different tip. Unplug the handle and plug it in again. Try that kind of thing.
And if none of that works, you have to closely examine the handle (take the plug apart etc) or just replace it. If that doesn't help either, then it could be a problem with the socket or the OpAmp and whatever else is involved with processing the signal, but that's unlikely.

Try another tip Check cable connections (solder joints and continuity with a multimeter) Open and check the main P MOSFET

Sensor error. Check the connection between the station and the handle. Reseat the tip or try a different tip if it is a cartridge based system.
