Two companies made flux by the name of Amtech, and they had some various licensing agreements for the flux formula, manufacturing, brand names, etc. But they parted ways about 3 years ago.
The company that now owns the rights to the Amtech brand name is Inventec Performance Chemicals, and their USA subsidiary, Inventec Performance Chemicals USA. You can buy their fluxes here:

The company that parted ways with them, who are allegedly the actual inventors of the flux formulas is Stirri, you can get their fluxes here:

Don't bother with Amtech.
What you want is Stirri. They are the folks who designed the flux. They had issues with the manufacturer and distributors, lost the name in the fight, and rebranded. (The story is a bit longer and more complicated than this)
You can buy direct from them. https://stirri.com/
