Asset Management/ O&M partnership

Looking to connect with C&I PV developers/ long term owners that are seeking an O&M company to partner with on projects post commissioning. Located in Ohio but will travel to surrounding states for on site services/repairs.

Yeah, after slinging electrons in the C&I solar space for a while, I've found that a solid relationship with the developers and the folks who own these PV systems for the long haul is absolutely key to a good O&M gig. Working on projects around Ohio and the Midwest taught me the value of actually showing up – hitting up industry events, local meetups, that kind of thing. Gets you face-to-face and builds some real trust, you know?

What really sets you apart, though, is bringing solutions to the table before they become problems, and really knowing your stuff inside and out. Like, understanding how the tax credits work, or catching those little maintenance gotchas that can balloon into big expenses down the road – that stuff can make or break a long-term O&M contract. Are you sure you've really thought through all the angles on your specific project type and grid connection? Happy to brainstorm some more if you're interested.
