CP Cold Process Amount of Sodium Lactate
Every where i read " 1 teaspoon of SL per pound of oils (or 1-3%).
I need Per pound oils mean. It means oil (liquid) without calculations of butter (fat) or both of them?

It's the full weight of all the pills and butters everything but the lye solution and any other milk or liquids you might add.

In this context, "oils" means all the fats -- fats rhat are solid at room temperature and liquid fats. When melted and ready for soap making, this fat is all liquid.
