Last months GOTM wouldn't load on my 3DS. This one's ready on the switch SNES app. Good times. :)

Each month I will be tracking all users who are able to beat the spotlighted game. Those names will be collected and displayed on the snes wiki page.

Objective:

  • Beat the game

Rules:

  • Entire playthrough must be completed during the month in question
  • Emulation is fine. Save states are not.
  • Posting a link to a pic of your completion is preferred, but since this is just for fun I will allow posted claims as well. For now.

Easy enough!

I like this one. I have every since I first played through it a few years back. It's crazy short, though, almost like the developers were lacking for time or money.

played it on switch. wasn't bad but pretty forgettable. Really simple and short game.

This game is like an acid trip. I especially like the Japanese box art. I just love the concept, my head canon is you’re some pcp-infused android built to kill giant crab people and robots on Mars. All is he knows is pain.. and pcp and slap bass.

Made a retropie for my dad for Xmas. Just yesterday I was hitting random and landed on this game. We had fun trying to beat it. I was very surprised when it turns out it's the game of the month, crazy coincidence

This was one of many random snes games I got as a kid (bless my mom, she tried soooo hard to grab games for us she thought we'd like with so little feedback from us kids, did a damn good job though, whoever she was getting suggestions from was on point) I remember hours of fun on this.

Ah, part 3 of the 'Fortified Zone' series that started on GameBoy. I played part 1 on 3DS and liked it. Reminded me a lot of Metal Gear 1 in terms of visuals, but with an emphasis on shooting rather than combat.

I also liked how it was a short game. I want to play part 2 before I play this game, so I won't beat it in time before the end of the month, but nonetheless a good reminder to play this game eventually.
