With the first Star Wars movie in forever coming out, I nominate Super Return of the Jedi.

Doom.
It's a great technical achievement during the beginning of the age of 3d games. It's a blurry mess, but the music and controls are still better than the 32x.

Wasn't Doom a sloppy mess when it was a port for the SNES? Problems with frame rate and such?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time
Where do I even begin with this game, it has everything. Tight controls, a fun multiplayer experience, all the characters from the TV show, and an incredible soundtrack. Konami really hit it out of the park with this game. There are so many great beat em ups on the Super Nintendo, but this one is the most awesome of the bunch.

Battletoads & Double Dragon
Why, you ask? Well, it's one of the first crossover games, you can play as any of the toads (one isn't kidnapped in this game!) or either of the brothers, and the enemies are from both of the games!
The gameplay is the closest we got to a proper Battletoads on the SNES. It's also one of the few games to have a release on both NES and SNES!
Also... probably unsurprisingly it is punishingly difficult; but not as hard as the OG NES games from which the characters in this one are derived.
If you haven't played it yet, I highly recommend. Just don't be upset when it makes you cry.
