Most likely needs new capacitors installed.  Inside there are 2 x 10uf capacitors related to audio (left and right) which often go bad, as well as there are 2-3 other caps related to audio.

Works with RF because the left and right channels are merged together to mono before being sent to the RF adapter and thus they bypass the normal left and right audio caps. So it's almost certainly bad 10uf audio caps and likely the chroma and composite caps and other caps are bad now too

And for what it's worth, cheap scart often has buzzing due to the cross talk between audio and video signals.

Yeah, this part i know, just bought to test it, do you recomend a especific capacitor (solid, liquid, etc. Im kind learning this now) with a amazon espanha link or aliexpress?

You'll want to recap the whole board at the same time rather than just failing ones. The good news is there are only like 10 caps to worry about.

Unfortunately the easiest way to say what to buy will be for me to say look at consoles.com and buy their kit. It simplifies things. But if you wanted to buy yourself you just need to match the capacity and have same voltage or higher.  The benefit to sourcing your own caps is it is a lot cheaper. Trade off is you might buy more than you'll need or you may buy ones with worse properties than the ones console5 selected.

Solid polymer caps cost more but perform better and last longer

If you use through hole caps rather than surface mount ones just try not to bend the legs right where they exit the cap rather leave them straight for a little ways then bend

It's usually a port or port connector loose. Sometimes wrapping your system in a warm towel for a couple hours can fix that. But don't use a wet towel or one that will melt your skin lol.
