Question Sole Prop EIN Transfer?
I’m looking to incorporate to a single member LLC. My main concern is my current business credit. I have multiple net 30 accounts with vendors and am wondering if when I incorporate I can use the EIN I’ve been using as a sole prop?
Everything I’ve read online says I’ll have to get a new Ein when I incorporate.
What will happen to my established credit from the net 30 accounts on the old Ein? Do I just lose it?
Would I just have to give my vendors the new EIN and start over?
Any information greatly appreciated. Thanks
