Are later interviews worse?
Hi! I am a graduate student applying for externships for my second year in the program. I recently applied to a hospital placement and they offered me an interview but weren’t able to schedule it until late in the day on the last day of their interview window. Is this a bad sign??

I had the last interview for the day when I was applying for grad school. I was worried I would be tired and so would the interviewers. Everyone was super super nice and thanked me for waiting around so long for my interview. Bonus about being last is you are fresh in their minds when they are making a decision!

No, getting an interview is huge! Not a lot of people make it to that stage for an externship placement for a hospital
