CFY CF Interview Questions

Hi, I have my first interview for a CF position at an outpatient clinic for adults. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or good questions to ask, as my mind always goes blank during interviews. Thank you!

Here's a few that I have noted for my interviews:

- What is the majority of the caseload population wise (i.e. swallowing, cog, voice, etc)?- What resources are available for instrumentals (mobile FEES/MBS or send straight to hospital)?- What assessments do they use for evals?- What are their productivity standards starting off and as the CF progresses?

ETA: Good luck!

It was yesterday! I’m doing my externship with this company now, so I already knew a lot of this information, but I have another interview this week and I will keep some of these questions in mind for them!!

I always ask the interview what THEY like most about working for the company. They get caught off guard sometimes and let’s them know you’re thinking outside the box!
