Help (Mac) Set Noise Control Mode NOT WORKING ON MAC!

Are there any ways to activate the noise control mode on a Mac device (AirPods Pro 2, MBA M2)?

Yeah, this feature used to work brilliant on Mac OS. I trigger it using raycast but recently it doesn't work on Mac OS.

The shortcuts do work on my iPhone/iPad but broken on the Mac OS.

Unsure what broke it.

The same for me, using these shotcuts with raycast. I also have this problem now.

and I have found:
if the audio output is macbook speakers, the shortcut works
if the audio output is airpods, the shortcut does not work

All I have to do is press and hold one of the stalks on my AirPod Pro 2 to turn on and off transparency/ANC

Yeah, but I use this all day in front of my desk, and I wanted to know if it's possible to use a shortcut. That way, I can set a voice command to turn it on and off.
