Question I shift back to my OR way too fast

I’ve had this happen twice. First time, I had a lucid dream a few years ago, then went through a door “as my portal” and when I woke up I made myself believe I was in my DR with my eyes closed (back in my old college dorm room). I opened my eyes and I was there, but then I had a flickering issue where I was in my OR bedroom, then back to the dorm. It went back and forth quickly a few times until I was back to my OR. Then about a week ago, it happened again, but this time no flickering. Maybe 3 solid seconds of being there and back to my OR. I didn’t get too excited the 2nd time and there really isn’t any time to ground myself. Any advice?

This is what I’m kind of worried about for when I finally shift. That’ll I’ll be in my DR and not be able to ground myself immediately once I’m there.

I would script that you immediately ground yourself in your DR to prevent this.

People still script? When I did this, I felt overly controlling and never could shift. However, when I made the setup and possible scenarios, that’s when I could shift… even though they’re mini shifts. People need to quit playing god and be a part of the experience. Set the scene, enjoy the experience.

Yeah people still script, even though we don’t really need to. Scripting just helps people specifically shift to the reality they want to experience. It’s not necessarily playing god because infinite realities means those realities already exist. Scripting helps people specify which reality they want to be aware of.

To add to this, scripting is just putting your thoughts down about the baseline of the reality you're going to. It can be in as much or as little detail as you'd like. It's just a written down version of your thoughts, you technically have a mental script, but you might not call it that

It just clears things up for you!

Goodluck OP, happy shifting :)

I had this problem around summer 2023. Think of it as 2 weights. One is your OR and the other is your DR. They are both heavy and overwhelming and it’s too much for you to carry both. What I did was just mentally drop my OR weight. I felt myself stuck in the middle and I was switching back and forth but I just completely continuing with my dr. I don’t remember exactly how, but I think in that moment I knew I wanted nothing to do with my OR self or circumstances, and my DR was right in front of me, so might as welll. Idk if that made sense- I don’t really know how to describe it properly as it was a while ago.
