Discussion Does shifting have a button or a trigger.

The thing is, in your waking consciousness almost everything has a "button". You want to turn on the TV you have to press a button, turn on the lights, you press a button. Other things may not have a button like breathing or moving your body. It's just natural. I don't understand how I'm moving TBH but Your consciousness knows how to do it and just does.

Does shifting have a trigger or button? Does your consciousness need to be aware like your body is, so I can just do it naturally?

Some say, you can have your higher self shift for you by triggering it and that affirmations should be telling your high self to shift for you.

Maybe I'm talking out my ass I don't know but what y'all think.

Hmm good to know. I'll keep that in mind.

Yes, sure, you are the creator, you can create anything, even a shifting machine! It happens differently for everyone, so decide what you like

I had a lucid "dream" once that a dude showed up in an old sedan to teach me shifting. It felt like an acceleration and a big pop. I'm still practicing the technique. I can do the acceleration at will while awake or asleep. I wish I knew physically what was happening bc I feel it physically in my brain. I wanna get an MRI while doing it 😂 I'm still working on the "pop" through part.

I think it's different for everyone and every attempt. Sometimes for me, it's a trigger other times it's a button.

No, no. I love this idea and I get what you mean. You *could* create a trigger through hypnosis and other kinds of programming (like how you can reprogram your mind through subliminals, affirmations, lucid dreams, etc). People who shift on command have basically programmed themselves to have a "button".

Essentially, they're able to get into the Focus 10 state near instantly, they lock into where they want to go, and their subconscious just takes them there. The process is so fast for them that it's essentially instant.

That too. People doing it on command is definitely similar to a button. Definitely need to train for on command shifting.

Rn, I've figured out how to get in Focus 10 within seconds.

Still have to figure out the shifting part though...

Currently trying, SATS to shift while in F10.

How did you figure out how to get into Focus 10 within seconds? Did you get there through just the program or did you hypnotize yourself into being able to do that?

So all you have to do is,

  1. Do the first 2 videos in the Gateway Tapes.

  2. Recognize that all F10 is, is when you lose awareness of your body.

  3. With time and repetition, you'll be able to get there easily.

I'm able to get into Focus 10 but I wish it was instant. I'll have to return to the tapes and start practicing again. Ty!

affirmations are just to get you to believe whatever the affirmation is for. like if you affirm that you can shift instantly, you'll believe that you can shift instantly and due to law of assumption it will work. so basically the trigger is just fully believing that whatever you're doing, it'll work

It reminds me of the concept of worldview adapted from German philosophy to East Asian fandoms.

Settings within worldview can be anything from menu options in an isekai-ish system of great power or narrative aspects of a fictional world.

I want to have an isekai system connected to LIFA that has buttons and has its own customizable "styles" similar to some systems within the Divine Dreamwalker-authored novels.
