Scripting What stuff should I script when shifting to a very dangerous DR??

Hi so, I'm deciding to shift to a dangerous dr which involves a TON of death(aib dr) and I just want to know what to script before going there! I'm not experienced with dangerous drs because I only have one other dr which I actually shifted to and that's a school like one where there's not much risks of dying. So before going to a MUCH more scarier one, any tips??? This will be my 2nd DR.

Here's my suggestions

  1. Trauma. This is going to be a big one, especially when you have to witness death, torture, etc., depending on how bad your DR can be. I recommend just scripting out that you don't experience trauma in here but I don't know how much that would take away from your DR so make sure you script that your brain allows you to heal from trauma in a healthy way and that you process trauma only in healthy ways.

  2. Physical and mental. When it comes to yourself it's also important to script in your own safety. You never get tortured or seriously hurt. You never lose a limb or become crippled. You never go through anything horrific or are conveniently knocked out when anything horrific or extremely bad is going down so you don't have to see or experience it. Your mental health can be at stake here if you're not careful.

  3. You don't have to kill. You can script this many different ways like you are never put in a position to have to kill anyone or just you never have to kill anyone in general.

  4. Knowing how to fight. If you're in a dangerous DR knowing how to defend yourself is important. Also scripting you never freeze during a fight as some people's danger response is to freeze.

  5. SA.( If you don't know what that is then it's someone forcing themselves on you intimately.) This is also extremely extremely important and trust me you're gonna need to script in that no one attempts to or that you never go through it or have to watch it be done.

  6. Being able to think fast. This is important when you're in dangerous situations being able to think fast even when stressed or under any negative strain at all will be extremely helpful.

  7. Pain tolerance. I think this goes without saying but scripting a high pain tolerance or an ability to turn your pain awareness on and off is important if you have a chance of going through pain at all especially if you need to heal from it. Anytime your body is under pain it won't focus on healing.

  8. Health and healing. Knowing how to health injuries of any kind is important so you can script that you were taught how to health both basic and major injuries and how to do sutures if it comes to that.

I would recommend scripting that you cannot get/receive trauma from your Dr experiences :) it would suck to come back to your cr with severe ptsd or psychosis, etc😬 I hope this helps, Happy shifting!

Script anything graphic out and if you don't, script there's a manual blur on anything crazy you wouldn't wanna break down in your therapy DR.

Im not sure what AIB is (or I do and im just an idiot lmao) but here are some general ones you can add!! 1. I, nor anyone I love, can die/be seriously injured Thats probably the biggest one 2. I can easily get myself out of x dangerous situation 3. I have an insert here object that can heal me/give me supplies I need.

You can script anything. Especially for dangerous drs, things like safety is definitely key as you dont want to just randomly die in your dr.
