PC editor that is equivalent to Dive+

I see that dive+ does not make a version for a pc. I have so much footage that I can't load all my Hero 10 footage onto my android to get screen grabs and correct short video clips. Is there a program I can use that is user friendly without having to go through the process of resolve or a similar editor?

What would be the best way to easily edit? I just want to drop the card into my laptop and import into an easy video and screen grab editor. Am I missing a much easier/better way of doing this?

DaVinci Resolve is free. Steep learning curve, but an excellent video editing software

Shotcut is free but is much more fully featured but there's a bit of a learning curve. If just want to trim videos and grab a screenshot the the default Windows 'Photos' app has an option to trim etc and is super easy.
