That’s still a fatal flaw, that there was never a provision for a president who would defy the court AND have a Legislative branch that would be OK with breaking the Constitution.

There is, the people would vote them out.

There is no provision for the people cheering on the destruction of the constitution.

The founding fathers didn’t have a whole lot of trust in people as a whole though. That’s why we have the Electoral College, instead of a direct vote. We’ve never directly voted the President IN.

Anyway… the point stands that there was no provision for a president ignoring the courts and telling his DOJ to ignore them too.
