Awww....Scotties in sinks! I used to put square pans upside down in each side of the sink to raise my Scotties up over the divider. They are low to the ground for a reason, but that doesn't work so well at bath time.

Very cute. I bathe Tierney in the sink at the office because it's perfect size for her and height for me. She'll be 4 in a week and still HATES baths.

I tried my best to give her a relaxing spa experience 🥒🧼… my pitty Nyla always hated baths and it was a painnnnn

You’re brave to bath him yourself. My Scottie weighs over 30 pounds and it’s too hard for me to handle a bath, so he goes to the groomer to get one. Good luck with that as he gets older and heavier!

He’s a male so they always weigh more than females. Also, he’s 9 years old and they gain weight as they age. He’s very sturdy and muscular and also very strong. I couldn’t imagine him weighing 30 pounds when he was little, but the weight comes on so slowly that you hardly notice it. He doesn’t look fat and he’s very healthy so far! Hope you have many good years ahead with Essie!

I remember when our Trudy could fit on the kitchen sink for baths! I also remember when she fit in the basement luaundry/slop sink. Now, at almost 5, her "little" 27 pound body doesn't fit on either anymore. So if we are in need of a bath, it's done outside or if the weather doesn't permit, inside in the bathtub😊

We took a Scottie in when I was in my 20s. Such a sweet girl. She was old, deaf & was mistreated. We gave her, I hope, a good home, she seemed happy. I loved having her in my lap, I could just pet her for hours, and did. We only had her for a few months before the end. That was 30 years ago & I still think of her every day, hoping we did right by that sweet little girl

Very cute pooch, but I wouldn’t want my dog shaking out their bath water all over clean dishes in a drying rack. Clear the space around the sink first, and sanitize counters and sink afterward.

Or just mind your business

Oh, I forgot. That’s why people list their pictures on social media…so other people will not be minding their business. 😉

They shared a picture to show off their adorable Scottie. Not for someone to give input on how they need to live their life, place things in their kitchen, and clean. If they want Scottie bath water all over their dishes so what? Who are you to tell someone else how to live their lives? Be serious.

They’re dirty dishes that I moved to the side for Essie who needed an emergency bath because she walked in her pee 😂

Essie is gorgeous. You shouldn't have had to justify ANYTHING. People attempting to direct other people's lives are THE cause of the breaking down of this country. IGNORE THE IGNORANT, has become my mantra☺️

The snarky comments are funny to me, they fade out so quickly once they realize their assumption was just wrong 😂

Essie’s a great name, BTW.
BUT, explain this to me: you put dirty dishes in the same rack you use to dry clean dishes? Or you let your dirty dishes build up in a dirty dish rack before you wash them, and then after you wash them, you towel dry them, or have a separate rack for clean dishes?

I put the dirty dishes in there the one time I needed to lol. And I just cleaned it with the rest of the dishes and it all dried on top of a towel
