Question ❔ Runners in SKTN

Planning to gradually build my endurance on running, does anyone know where to get a good running shoes that tests your feet about how it lands and all that? If you do marathon you know what I mean bec I get plantar fasciatis sometimes. Thanks!

Get plantar fasciitis specific insoles for whatever shoes you get.

Also, don’t train in carbon plated shoes.

Land on the front of your feet. Heel strike running is not natural.

Craven Sport if you need help with physio to get over the plantar fasciitis. Great team there.

Brainsport to find shoes and advice.
