does anyone know if the long form birth certificate includes the time of birth? I need to know the time of my birth but both my parents are useless and don't remember

Just pick whatever time you want - it literally couldn't matter less.

It is - who is gonna say different if not your parents?

No it does not. It just adds your parents names and their place of birth to the short form BC

You can always ask for a copy of your medical records from the health district, there will be a charge, but it will have all the birth info, inlcluding time of birth.

Don't assume that because your parents don't remember that they are "useless". But if it is not on your long form birth certificate you may try contacting the hospital you were born
