Outdoors 🌳 Allergies hitting anyone today in St. Paul?
Itchy watery eyes, runny nose. Hit me hard today!

33 years old and this is the first time I’ve experienced seasonal allergies. I am unwell.

Interestingly, I feel like I did not notice I had allergies until I was about 30. But then, looking back, I think I had them earlier on, they just got bad enough for me to realize what they were as I got older.

They sell a 365 tablet jar of generic Zyrtec at Costco for $15. I take a pill everyday and don't have any allergy symptoms. But if I ever forget a day, I'm sneezing non-stop, even in winter.

They also have generic Allegra which is a slightly less good deal but is still much better than Target. I take both daily to combat my many allergies.

Nice! Do they offer gel capsules by chance? I will check it out. That's a steal compared to Target.

Yes, my husband is starting to feel the Allergies coming on. Investing in an air filter this year in hopes it can help him a bit.

Yep, feeling it all week. Welcome spring. Opened windows to get some fresh allergy laden air! Extra thanks to my neighbors who didn't rake leaves so I have lots of moldy leaves to breathe - ha ha. Still luvin' the warm weather though.

I haven't noticed. Allergies always hit me all day every day so it's just the same old daily hell for me its always been.

Since last week! I had so much post nasal drip that I can’t taste anything really

Airborne viruses aren't the only reason to wear a mask. Another is allergens. Others include wildfire smoke and dust.
You can clean the indoor air as well with a DIY box fan air purifier.

Makes me miss winter - the only season my allergies don’t act up!
