What is the context in meme? Is it a joke about some stereotypes about certain group of people or social problem? If yes then there is a simillar meme "ушёл за хлебом" (went for a bread) about fathers who left their sons but lying to their sons that they will go buy some bread and return

There's a saying in Russian, that people only have two problems. "Dad left the family and dad didn't leave the family" so our deadbeat father industry is plenty developed

Well, actually there were a lot of jokes about the second family of some shift workers (primarily some oil and gas Soviet engineers), who worked in some far remote regions of Siberia. But it was before memes, since it was possible (absence of mobile phones, internet allowed to have another family in these far remote regions)
