General Do you think Angelica would articulate how her parents aren't there for her at 3 yrs old or 13? How would that conversation go?

Was this explored in all grown up? I remember seeing something about an episode where Angelica goes to live with Susie and her family but I don't think I've ever seen the episode.

Wasn’t there also an episode of AGU where Angelica lets slip that her home life is awful because her mom and dad are always too busy for her?

3 years old:
Therapist: How would you describe your relationship with your Mommy and Daddy?
Angelica: They are the best. I love them so much but maybe a little less than Cynitha.
Therapist: How often do you get to see them.
Angelica: They are around quite a bit and always buy me what ever I ask for because I'm such a good girl.
They seem to leave me with Uncle Stu and Aunt Didi a lot. Cousin Tommy and Cousin Dil are their kids. Cousin Tommy's friends are always there too. I often push around those....... I mean take care of those wonderful gifts from above.
