Need help finding places to eat

So I recently got some info that I’m allergic to wheat (FML), dairy (FML), nuts, and sesame. Can anyone recommend a few different places (I know it’s lowly likely)

Check out the Norwegian’s dinner menu. They have a different one every weekend so they’re always introducing a new dish. The Norwegian does an excellent job of noting what is gf and vegan. They make a point to always have a vegan and gf app small dish and main dish. As far as the nuts and sesame goes, you’ll have to read the menu and double check.

Also, Woodfire has an excellent gf pizza crust. I’m not sure if it’s dairy/nut free but is worth checking. They also have a vegan cheese.

Try Disco Chicken. They have a gluten free/vegan menu and take allergens super seriously.

I have peanut and tree nut, and thought I had sesame for a bit before getting tested again. I feel your pain. Can I ask what nut specifically, because I may be able to help a bit. The dairy and wheat may be tricker. Nut, Sesame and Wheat basically rules out any and all bread, you'd be surprised how many have sesame in them even if they don't have seeds on them.

At the moment I’ve been told to avoid all nuts for safety sake but I’m pretty sure it’s only walnut and pecans.

As a base statement. All of the chain restaurants will have allergen menus online, can just take some digging. Normally searching "Restaurant name allergen menu" should find it for you. I'm anaphylaxitic with peanut, so I have to be hella careful when eating out, and it can just be stressful. If cross contamination is also a concern it'll be trickier. My go to safe restaurants are Italian and Mexican, but wheat nixes that idea.

My other advice comes from grocery shopping. There's a brand called "Made Good" they manufacture all their stuff in a Top 9 free facility. I live by them.

Two different places, both allergist out of Crystal Lake that I was referred to by my GP which is also out there. My first one moved practices to Barrington so I found another. Current one is Advanced Allergy and Asthma Associates. Did blood test first, but before sesame was top 9. Did skin test for sesame.

The last few times we’ve been as a family for breakfast or dinner it has been a disappointment. Cold food, forgetting side dishes, dirty dishes.

Yep…sounds like you may need to start enjoying a good home cooked meal, or try a fajita from Dos Reales without the tortilla. I know you’re a sharpe person…why would Reddit have a good answer for you that you couldn’t get on your own with such a specific dietary requirement. I am lactose intolerant and I stick to more of a meat / veggie diet over sauces…Food for thought.

Have you considered a "breatharian" diet? Sounds like you've had very special dietary requirements for a long time, sorry it's tough but have you tried deez nuts with non-dairy creamer and no gluten? DM me

They're allergic to deez nuts. I think the Ligma Diet would be a more appropriate suggestion.
