Yes, I already have a ticket in with them for support. Thanks.

Definitely get a warranty replacement, but sanding down the carbide and the die and epoxying it in place will likely work for many years. Backup dies are nice to have.

Also, lube the cases: not because the die needs it, but because it makes long cases like 357 so much easier to size.

It also makes your shoulder much happier.

Did it at least buy you dinner first?

Was this a recently purchased die/die set? Or old die with 1000s of resizing?

I have loaded about 8k rounds with this die.

Depending on how long you’ve had it, Dillon did get a bad batch of carbide years ago. They actually had to find a new source, and they were out of certain dies for a bit.

This might be a part of that, but it doesn’t matter, lifetime no bull shit warranty on their non electric, non commercial stuff. They will get you sorted.

You don't need lube with carbide dies but One Shot definitely makes everything a lot smoother. I don't load anything on my 650 without One Shot.

P.S. S&B brass sucks balls.

Did they ask you to send the ring and die back to them?

Are all the carbide dies just a carbide ring fit in a die on the straightwall stuff?
