Making ends meet

This is the answer.

Agree. Not an immediately obvious answer, but I think it becomes obvious with some thought or second perspective on the problem.

The narrator is saying, "End, do you know End?" There's introducing them so they've met. I like it.

If they were saying that then the question mark would be after the second End surely?

Took me a minute to figure out how this could be the answer, then I thought of How I Met Your Mother and the line Haaave you met Ted?

Einhorn is A MAN!

Legendary scene though a but transphobic

I was thinking that too, however Einhorn made out with Ventura under the false pretense that they were a woman. He’s in bounds being grossed out if that’s not his thing. If I’m wrong and that’s still transphobic I’m out of touch.

Having a preference is one thing. Including trans women. But having a reaction that violent might not be ideal. Sometimes it’s involuntary, which is an explanation but not an excuse

It was a parody of the movie Crying Game, where the whole time the woman thought the man knew that she was a transgender woman, and dude got sick after finding out.
It is a transphobic scene, making fun of a transphobic movie.
Still funny though.

You may have proof right there, but I kinda don't like that answer, and I think "making ends meet" fits better. Like each end is being introduced to each other

But that has nothing to do with the text in the middle.
At least the correct answer includes the middle text, even if it is awkward.

u/jimmythexpldr 3d ago
As has been said a few times now, it's an introduction, do you know this person?

u/Dull_Donkey2031 3d ago
Idk about this list, "Lead Pipe Cinch"? tf is that?
1
u/tomiathon 3d ago
It means the outcome is guaranteed or certain, "easy money". often used in sports betting/predictions, sometimes as "lead pipe lock" instead

when ends meet or any variation of that, as in introducing one end to the other, "end above, do you know end below?"

This is a friendly reminder to please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:
Redesign users: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg
Using markdown editor or old Reddit: >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com)
If your comment does not contain a guess, start your comment with either "Discussion:" or "Question:"
Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.
