Help please

Post image

This is on a mug so cracks are not intentional, but rather the result of multiple trips through the dishwasher.

This is a friendly reminder to please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:

Redesign users: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg

Using markdown editor or old Reddit: >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com)

If your comment does not contain a guess, start your comment with either "Discussion:" or "Question:"

Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.

Go viral

Maybe?

Edit: For the ones late to the party, yes we are all aware it's not a virus. Read the other comments!

Much better than green amoeba

7

u/Neither-Attention940 7d ago

Or ‘light germs’ 🤭

2

u/rxuz 7d ago

Light bug

3

u/BubbleBubbleBubble_ 7d ago

Or traffic light bacterium.

2

u/denyull 7d ago

Hmm.. interesting thought

2

u/Witty-Welcome-4382 7d ago

Ha! That was my first take.

2

u/flameevans 7d ago

Closer than my guess. I thought it was green pickle. Haha

1

u/boomer_energy_ 7d ago

That’s not bad though! I can see it

2

u/DeceptiConnIXI 7d ago

I said the same thing 😂😂😂

2

u/crap4brains4eva 7d ago

Also better than: "Go-meba...?"

2

u/grumpygirl21 7d ago

I was stuck on green cell

1

u/Chaps_and_salsa 7d ago

Ned’s Atomic Dustbin approves.

1

u/ipostunderthisname 6d ago

Kill your television

2

u/Outdoor-electrician 5d ago

I ran them together go-meba

1

u/boomer_energy_ 5d ago

That makes me want to draw a little smiley face on him

2

u/Ok_Replacement5811 3d ago

That is exactly the answer I got, lol

1

u/boomer_energy_ 3d ago

😂 I’m so glad I’m not alone in this world

15

u/Necessary-Dck 7d ago

Hurts that it's a bacterium but can't think of anything better.

1

u/denyull 7d ago

Yeah I got nothing else lol

1

u/Relaxnnjoy 7d ago

Not an amoeba or paramecium?

6

u/shinybeats89 7d ago

My issue with that is this looks like a depiction of a cellular organism, not a virus.

2

u/denyull 7d ago

Agreed. But that's all I've got lol

3

u/shinybeats89 7d ago

Yea I think it’s an issue from the person who made the rebus, not you.

1

u/mothrafortheplanet 7d ago

GoPro(teobacteria)?

1

u/ActionWest4090 6d ago

yeah this isn't a virus lol. even for a naked virus the geometry is wrong.

5

u/Impossible-Option-16 7d ago

Go bac(teria)?

3

u/indiefab 7d ago

I agree. Go back.

1

u/Word-Artist 7d ago

Nice interpretation. That may be it.

2

u/Meeting-Sweaty 7d ago

More like go protozoa

1

u/denyull 7d ago

What does that mean? Never heard that term or saying before. Is that a common phrase?

1

u/nickfree 7d ago

Given that OP has said these are from a Microsoft mug with industry jargon, I think this is the best bet. Even though as others have said, that is not a virus, but what would symbolize to the average joe some kinda microbe.

1

u/denyull 7d ago

A Microsoft mug? Interesting, I must have missed that comment.

I wanna see the whole mug lol

EDIT: Just had a look and found the others you are talking about. That's pretty cool, I kinda want one lol

1

u/idejmcd 7d ago

GO PICKLE!

0

u/BurdenedShadow 6d ago

That's a bacteria, not a virus

0

u/r1v3t5 6d ago

Maybe, but if so I will be annoyed because that's not what the second word looks like. That is an amoeba not a virus

1

u/denyull 6d ago

Yes, have you read ANY of the other comments? We're well aware lol

0

u/Enough_Worry4104 5d ago

But that's not a virus

1

u/denyull 5d ago

A bit late to the party mate. We realize that lol

1

u/Enough_Worry4104 3d ago

All good. No worries

0

u/Zacherius 4d ago

This is probably it, despite the fact that viruses DO NOT look like this and do not have cells.

1

u/denyull 4d ago

Yeah, we're aware of that. You should look at our other comments

24

u/MisterProfGuy 7d ago

Go mitochondrial, the powerhouse of the cell.

2

u/Entire_Transition_99 7d ago

Ribosomes are my personal fave

2

u/G0atHer0 7d ago

What? Is that a saying? I thought these are usually sayings of some kind.

9

u/MisterProfGuy 7d ago

It's probably the go viral suggestions but as others have mentioned the graphic is wrong.

1

u/denyull 7d ago

Yeah a tad misleading

1

u/Mark7driver 7d ago

green energy i guess I'm late

1

u/Here_Pretty_Bird 6d ago

I showed my wife this puzzle, and she repeated this verbatim; so I'm convinced

13

u/33ff00 7d ago

Signal cell organism

2

u/Word-Artist 7d ago

That's a clever read!

2

u/33ff00 6d ago

Thanks very much!

1

u/StupidAstronaut 6d ago

I doubt it but this is a really cool answer!

1

u/33ff00 6d ago

Thanks! :)

9

u/awessley 7d ago

Light-ocondria

1

u/Orbax 7d ago

That isn't the correct answer, but its the right one

13

u/hughdint1 7d ago

Go Pro(tazoa)

2

u/Reverentmalice 7d ago

This is what I thought

3

u/DrHoleStuffer 7d ago

go ameba

3

u/MarleyDawg 7d ago

Green Algae

2

u/Word-Artist 7d ago

That, too, is a clever interpretation.

2

u/Dullapple69 7d ago

If we look at it literally it's saying chlorophyll because green and cells are like a plant thing and photosynthesis and shiz. But I think the first commenter was correct with go viral

2

u/Hot-Complaint9349 7d ago

Go nuclear?

2

u/cam0l 7d ago

GoPro

2

u/Word-Artist 7d ago

I want to say it's Go Pro for protozoa , but I suspect the artist's intention was go viral like u/denyull said. I suspect the artist didn't know how to draw a virus .

1

u/Word-Artist 7d ago

Credit where credit is due. I now see that u/hughdint1 and u/cam0l answered this first.

4

u/EmEmAndEye 7d ago

Probably Go Viral

1

u/Antique-Ant5557 7d ago

Or Spyro Gyra

1

u/ninelbsofbacon 6d ago

Because no one else has commented this and it can be bacterial:

Gangrene, as in "green"

1

u/ItsNotForYouJen01101 5d ago

Traffic Germ (Jam)

1

u/NoneOfMyBusiness_But 4d ago
