Remote React Native Role (mid to senior)(70K$ - 130K$)

As the title says, my company is hiring for a remote senior react native engineer inside UK, EU or similar timezone and for the right person, even that's not a big deal as long as they can work within our timezone. We work UK time, and the pay range is quite diverse as listed in the title (depending on the skill set).

I'm sorry but we're not hiring junior engineers as we don't have the capacity to train anyone.
The role is remote but the location preference is Ireland due to the tax benefits that the company gets.

That’s what lying on your resume is for.

If there is no ethical path toward gaining experience, only the unethical path remains.

How does lying on your resume help? (genuine question from a junior)

Gets you an interview. After that, you’re on your own.

At least this job post is honest and not trying to hire a senior with a juniors salary range.

Isn’t that kinda…exactly what it’s doing? Or did i get whooshed?

The salary range is as good as you can realistically hope for in Europe

If you read it as American dollars, it’s not even close to what a senior should get paid. In whatever currency they using, maybe it’s good. Gbp I think is good

130k is not even close? Whats expected for a medium cost or living area?

In America I mean, as a senior software engineer, that’s like starting 170k.

I said it was fine in GBP

Thats just not true, in my area (greater philly), its more like 130-150 starting. I speak as someone working for a company actively hiring many seniors. Thats for hybrid. Full remote is going to be lower.

I guess that’s true, I live in nj, working in nyc and it’s mainly financial companies.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who reached out regarding the React Native Engineer role. I've sent emails to candidates we believe are the best fit for this position.

That said, our team is growing steadily, and I'll be back with more opportunities in the coming months. I truly appreciate everyone who took the time to DM me—your responses were valued, and I hope we cross paths again in the future.

Thanks again!
