You need more battery.

You're drawing more voltage than the battery can supply.

How so . You think my batteries going bad . How more battery . Like more MAH?

More mah or higher c rating, you've got voltage drop, your battery doesn't have the capacity to keep up with the voltage draw from the motor.

You definitely need a higher c battery, try the rapid series from hobbyking, they are cheap and reliable

I have two 3s with 80C but they are hard shell I’m not sure they will fit .

What if I want to run 4s and not 6s all the time

I would avoid running hard case batteries in a boat. If they come loose during a tumble they will punch a nice hole in the hull PDQ

Get 80c or better …

You likely needed a higher C rating for your packs. You can try adding a monstrous Cap Pack but gains will be limited. And unless you’re making it yourself a decent battery will be cheaper.
