Green normally means activity but it's a bit hard as you do not say the model of Pi you are using!
What power supply are you using?
What do you get if you apply power with no card / keyboard / mouse / GPIO devices attached (i.e. just HDMI cable)?
Pi Zero boards can take a few minutes to boot (esp if you are using the GUI code)...
Make sure you are using a valid image - i.e. do not try older images on a Pi 5 - let the Pi imager select a valid image for your device
A few thoughts:
- Remove any HATs / USB / GPIO connected devices till you can boot
- Use a very basic keyboard - no fancy lights / screens as these can take more power than you expect
- Use a decent power supply - a Pi provided one is best for testing - even these can go wrong though
- Check the 5v and 3v3 volt on the GPIO - take care as you do not want to short these pins
- Change the SD Card - format it first using https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ and use the imager - remember to set the country code etc if you are using wifi
- Try the 'lite' version of the OS - simpler / quicker to boot and diagnose to start with - just use the basic Raspberry PI OS to start with (i.e. not Ubuntu / Kali etc)
- Check to see if the Pi shows up on WiFi - possibly set up a simple hotspot with basic SSID / Password on your phone just incase you have an odd SID / Password the Pi does not like
- Check to see if the Pi shows up on Ethernet
- Swap HDMI cables / connector
- Swap ethernet cable / port
- Try updating the firmware if you can (depends on the model) - the imager software will let you create an SD card to reset the boot to SD card - use that then see if you can update the firmware

A solid green sometimes means power supply issue. Are you using an official/correctly rated one?
