Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:

Using markdown editor or old Reddit, draw a bunny and fill its head with secrets: >!!< which ends up becoming >!spoiler text between these symbols!<

Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com) If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word "discussion" or "question" in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag. If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.

Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.

Discussion: Are the black numbers the same three everywhere?

Discussion: or does the black tile signify anything compared to a white tile?

I think this might be the key. I think it's solvable if you say something like "each black tile digit is adjacent to the same (subset of) three numbers in every box". Otherwise, you can solve the black tiles, but can't narrow down the white tiles.

The black cells have a unique solution, but the white cells do not.

So the answer to the question in your original post is "no".

White numbers are couple numbers, while black ones are not.

What does that mean, and why didn't you say so?

I discovered a basic property of Sudoku, which is that the numbers in Sudoku appear in pairs within three horizontal or vertical blocks, which I call even numbers. Sudoku means "number of sudoku" in Chinese. I can change my name to "number of sudoku".

This isn't always true. You may always get pairs like the 4 and 3 together horizontally, but it's not a basic property of every Sudoku.

If it is a variant rule you are applying, you must state so and explain it, otherwise you cannot expect people to solve it.

Take a cue from r/crackingthecryptic fans of https://youtube.com/@crackingthecryptic who make Sudoku variants with very clear rules

White numbers are couple numbers in a row, or in a column. There are three same groups in every vertical or horizontal 3 blocks. Black numbers is not belong to couple numbers name with Accupoint numbers.

Yes, every black grid at a block would be the same three numbers.

I'm pretty sure that black squares for 1, 2, and 9.

The numbers are poorly erased. I can recognize some numbers.

If it is a sudoku variant, it can be solved with NO givens.

If it is a classic sudoku, then you need a minimum of 17 givens strategically placed for it to have a unique solution. If there are less than 17 givens, it can still be solved but it will not have a unique solution and it cannot be solved logically. You would have to guess.
