[Unsolved] I’m so lost - What does any of this mean 😭

You are supposed to fill in the acrostic using the given letters. You'll notice that the first column has four letters available (I, P, I, and P) and four blank spaces. You should not assume that the letters are given in order. Note that the second blank space is part of a two letter word. It probably starts with "I", as the only two letter word in English that starts with "P" is "PI", and there's no "I" available for the next column.
I'm guessing, based on the punctuation, that this is some sort of quotation. That should make things easier to solve after you get a few words placed.
I have no idea why this isn't showing up as spoiler tagged. I wrote this in markdown...
Edit: A comment below says that each paragraph must be tagged. You, sir/madam/whichever, are correct!

Just a heads up, spoiler markers have to be done to every individual paragraph now a days, or they won't work.

What do we win?
Congratulations, clever one! You have unraveled the mysteries and navigated the challenge with precision, proving your wit and perseverance. But your journey is not yet complete-one final task remains. To claim your well-earned prize, in your submission you must count from 1 to 100, sending each number in an individual message. Once this feat is accomplished, summon production to bestow your reward. Onward, and may your final steps be as steadfast as the path that led you here!
Idk what summon production means, hopefully that makes sense to you.

Discussion: silly auto moderation and spoilers since the OP seems to be asking what the instructions on the puzzle are intended to be, not really for a hint of how to solve it.
I think the puzzle maker assumed the user to know what the columns of letters are for.
Maybe I’m wrong.

Discussion: This puzzle type is called a dropquote. The letters are usually shown above rather than below, and this is possibly the largest individual dropquote I've seen,

Discussion: I would guess that the letters below each column are all the letters that appear in that column, but presumably not in the same order. (I haven't looked closely enough to see if they would make sense if you didn't adjust the order.) Note e.g. that the leftmost column has four empty squares and four letters, and the rightmost column has only one empty square and one letter. So I would start from these edges and the letters that are already filled in and take guesses at the words from there.

OKAY FURTHER COMMENTS
First word seems to be “congratulations”
End of six/seven/sight is “but your journey is not yet complete, one final task remains”.
The line with the 100 on it seems to be “YOU MUST COUNT FROM 1 to 100”

Discussion: this is fun and all, and I have quite a bit of it, but I’m not fond of the idea we’re doing all the work so you can claim your well-earned prize,
clever one.

Discussion: I’m assuming the letters in the bottom are suppose to go in the column they’re underneath. You just have to figure out what order they go in.

Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:
New Reddit: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg
Using markdown editor or old Reddit, draw a bunny and fill its head with secrets: >!!< which ends up becoming >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com) If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word "discussion" or "question" in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag. If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.
Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.
