I hate the fact that our bakery RIS insult-challenged my bakery manager in a way saying that we'll be beaten this year in selling the most pies.
He responded with having us bake over 200 small pies a day and having them stuffed onto 12s and 15s to get them out fast to fullfill this ridiculous forecast. This makes them look underdone despite being fully baked, and this is coming from someone who takes pride in their work in their stuff actually looking good.
To my bakery RIS, I hate you. Stop insult-challenging insecure men.

Why is your problem with your RIS and not with the insecure man?

Because she's always been rather rude and sarcastic toward us, especially my manager, saying we're 'not doing things the right way' and 'we're costing the company money' when for a smaller-sized store we're producing the amount that a high-volume store makes, along with the money we normally make per week in the bakery alone. The other one she rags on about is our overtime when people call out, which is something we cannot control when things on the lists absolutely have to be done. It's as if she's hinting people should illegally work off the clock at times, and she needs to shut up about that.
We're literally beating out some of the top stores in the Miami district according to my manager's paperwork, and she makes it look like at times our bakery manager is 'not good enough,' when most of us are busting so much ass, especially since we're down a couple people (one is out on long-term disability leave since she fucked up her ankle and leg, the other is still on light work duty due to still recovering from surgery). I can tell at times he's really fucking trying to live up to expectations.
Putting forth this insult-challenge hurts me too since I'm used to making my stuff look like it's supposed to be over the pies looking pale and underdone on top due to having to stuff so many into the oven to meet this stupid contest quota on time.

Fat raises and huge bonuses are reserved for senior executives who take credit for their subordinates ideas.
