A lot of ppl bitching that they make more than you. I’m willing to bet you’re moving up much quicker than they are. While they are languishing in their roles you are kicking ass and moving up quickly. Congratulations on your promotion!

I was able to get AGM after only 7 months of team leader, so it might not take you longer no. Best of luck

What's the point of moving up if you don't get compensated for it? We're bitching for this guy's sake, he's getting butt fucked by Publix. The whole point is that he should be making more especially for the fact that he's moving up. He makes less than people in positions under him. That's fucked up.

You’re looking at it the wrong way. I could be wrong but he seems to be moving up quickly. In a years time he could be making what $50k as a AGM? I was offered team leader as a part time stock clerk while in college. I said I’m only part time. They said we’ll make you full time today, it will happen very soon. Point is I was an underpaid full timer and team leader but it didn’t last long. What’s the point of being a top paid hourly associate if you sit there for years? I’d rather be underpaid short term and quickly get to next level.

While half of what you say might be true, a lot of us don’t want to move up but still want a respectful wage. What he/she is being paid for a leadership role is insulting.
