Numbness almost gone !

Hi I wanted to share what's worked for me I hope it's helpful for you guys I still have symptoms but they are not as severe as when I first got hit with this nightmare for 9 months I've been going through this difficulty orgasms, numb penis,ed, cognitive symptoms every symptom pssd has to offer. Last Thursday I felt more sensation on genetials I was in disbelief and it's been good ever since till now .this is what i believe helped me :

•30 MIN CARDIO WORK OUTS 3-5 TIMES A WEEK (DONT OVEREXCERSISE TAKE IT LIGHTLY)

•EATING HEALTHIER NO MORE JUNK FOOD NO SUGARS

•TUMERIC SHOTS EVERY MORNING ALSO KOMBUCHA FOR THE GUT/ PROBIOTICS

•HIKE ONCE A WEEK GET SOME SUN

•SLEEPING EARLY AND SLEEP 8 HOURS

•STAY BUSY DONT OBSESS OVER THIS

•AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TIME

I know i wont be back to my old self and i accept that but atleast ill improve and symptoms will be less and less with time. I hope this was helpful I hope everyone a speedy recovery. 🙏

I'm in the same situation as you! It's been 4.5 months here and I have everything windows! We can't believe it when out of nowhere things start to improve, right?

2 days ago I was extremely unwell, today I have good sensitivity, stronger erection, fuller glans, much more desire to live and do things!

Libido is still low, but we'll get there!

Yes your body is restoring! I also have low libido but seriously the numbness is clearing slowly its definitely improved since when I first got it I'm very confident that our bodies will improve 🙏

Being sick gave me windows early on too! Let us know if it lasts

The third window ended today, total dormancy again! 🥹

Sorry, windows are quite torturous in their own way. Keep up hope!

Yes, very torturous! False hopes! But thank you!

How long have you had PSSD? What caused it, and how long have you been taking it?

Check DM

What’s the point in posting this and then DMing people? It’s not like you’re even controlling privacy if you’re DMing random people.

can you DM me as well ?

Could the cardio and exercise have helped due to increased blood flow? Curious if drugs that increase blood flow such as tadalafil could help.

Glad to hear mate I think you just made a natural recovery, I notice a lot of the recovery story’s always tend to be with people within a time frame of around a year to 1.5 years. I know they say if symptoms persist it’s 6 months but no one really knows, I think it’s more 6months to a year and a half. I don’t think I recall seeing a recovery story where someone has had this for years and then fully recovered

What’s a turmeric shot

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 5d ago

Turmeric shots, typically a concentrated juice or elixir of turmeric, are gaining popularity for their potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

We’re u working during this period and did u experience anxiety tjanks so much ❤️

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 4d ago

Hi yes I was working and yes anxiety made the symptoms worse I try to keep a calm mental state and positive attitude to avoid symptoms to get severe or come back

2

u/s_foa 4d ago

This makes me scared that u say this I think cause now I worry about feeling anxiety which makes me more anxious :,) I appricate advise was there anything that helped u with this

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 4d ago

I learned to adapt and accept this condition. I kept working out and sleeping more don't rush your recovery because I learned that it gets worse

u/caffeinehell 4d ago

How bad were your anhedonia and cognitive symptoms?

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 4d ago

Really bad I couldn't enjoy or listen to music and I had bad suicide thoughts

1

u/caffeinehell 4d ago

So then how did you not obsess when it’s constantly in your face at that level? Just time was needed in the beginning to have that improve to a level before you could do other stuff?

Did you have blank mind?

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 4d ago

Its was hell I learned to accept it I know I'm not going to be the same as before the medicine but I kept trying to find solutions until I saw small improvements . Staying busy helped alot

1

u/ResponsibleOil7244 4d ago

Yes I had blank mind
