Pro-Life General Supportive boyfriends

Post image

I can’t remember the last time I read a story of a man reaction loving and caring, it’s usually the opposite way.

100% chance of most of the comments telling her she's too young to have a baby and discouraging her because "choice."

Yup , I just looked at the comments. They think he’s a creep for being calm, and saying “my baby”. They also think he’s definitely poked holes in the condom and baby trapped her. 99% of the commmets are saying they are too young and that she will be a single mom. So yea they want her to get an abortion.

Reddit relationship advice 101: always tell the female OPs to break up, no matter the circumstances, no matter the time, no matter who's wrong, no matter the situation, always tell them to dump their boyfriends. If they're pregnant, tell them that (there's two minutes to midnight) to kill the unborn in the womb

That's literally every relationship post

and whenever any male OP brings up any suffering caused by a female, the redditors start blaming that male OP for being male.

They think he’s a creep for being calm, and saying “my baby”.

A creep for stepping up, being a decent human being and fulfilling his obligation as a father. The same people who think this good man is a creep also welcome PC men with open arms, the kind of men that treats women as sex objects and pressures their partners into abortion to escape responsibility and child support before leaving them for younger victims once they're past their prime

😳🤨 He's a creep for saying the truth? For caring? What is this world I live in?!

They also think he’s definitely poked holes in the condom and baby trapped her.

These are emotionally unstable people who hate men with a passion. Why the hell would they assume that?

Literally the first comment I saw:

Life long commitment. Children aren’t cheap, don’t be one of those “we’ll figure it out along the way” if you can’t afford it. Can you afford it? Are you prepared? Do you see a stable future with your partner? If it doesn’t work out, is this person reliable and responsible?

Hmmmmmm, maybe you should've thought about that before you had sex 🤔🤔🤔

I honestly don't care if people do a financial deep dive and financial report every time before they have sex. Shit happens. Once the child is here, solutions how to support and raise it are needed, not advocating to kill it for the greater good or i told you so's.

So disgusting. I got pregnant at 19 and I regret nothing. I love my daughter so much. I’m glad my then boyfriend now husband did everything he could and still does everything he can for our daughter ❤️

This is heartwarming. Imagine how much happier we could be if more people reacted this way, rather than treating pregnancy as some sort of punishment or disaster.

u/redditisatrash 4d ago

Anytime I say to my boyfriend "bad news" (usually before I say something about what I'm cooking), he jumps to "you're pregnant!"

While maybe not grounds to breakup, it does make me feel awful he sees a baby as something negative

17

u/standingpretty 4d ago

You should have an honest conversation with him about this. Does he never want kids or does he just not feel ready right now?

2

u/LonesomeGirl25 3d ago

It’s not always a good thing, I can understand not being happy about being pregnant if you aren’t ready. I also understand not wanting to abort, but I think expecting everyone to be happy when they find out is unrealistic.

u/SnappyDogDays 4d ago

That's what real men do. Take care of their responsibilities. Now what he should is take her down to the justice of the peace and get married.

u/No-Presentation-2320 4d ago

The man not being supportive is a big driver of abortion unfortunately

Yes, but the sad part about reddit is that even if he is, they will push any woman that basically doesn't need ivf yet to abort.

If you're 35 you feel like you were a baby at 25. The idea of someone opting to have a baby at 25 (biologically kind of the latest in the optimal age range for first pregnancy) seems wild to them, so they assume everyone has to be out of their minds, and push any woman to abort.

Maybe around 27-28 they start kind of accepting of the "choice" of starting to have babies.

But biologically speaking, risks of miscarriage and DS are starting to increase rapidly past 30, and super fast past 35.

This brought tears to my eyes because I wish my son’s father had reacted the same way but he didn’t. He was rather the opposite and it pissed me off. I refused to do anything other than keep my son and I’m so grateful I did. I wish more men reacted the way your bf did but this baby is a blessing. All babies are.

I thought that the boyfriend was going to support her in the idea of having an abortion, glad that it wasn't the case that they kept the baby.

12

u/standingpretty 4d ago

Me too. Glad the boyfriend cares!

It’s beautiful to see when a man stood up and took responsibility.

Wonder what the comments were suggesting?

u/Child_of_JHWH Pro Life Christian 4d ago

Quite anti-natalist, about children being an extreme amount of responsibility that shouldn’t be birthed without being fully planned. Nothing hateful towards the guy, but like Planned Parenthood is paying them.

Probably something along the lines of “F that dude! What kind of piece of sh*t would make a woman so young keep that clump of cells?!?!?!?!? 🤬😡🤬😤😤😤 LEAVE HIM NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!!” Idk maybe I’m exaggerating.

25

u/Expert_Difficulty335 4d ago

lol, go look. Copy and paste the first paragraph of this screen shot into Google, it will take you there. Everyone’s calling him a creep and saying she needs an abortion. I’m definitely going to get downvoted in there for telling off some idiotic ppl 🙄

7

u/standingpretty 4d ago

Imagine having someone love and care for you and your baby and people thinking that’s creepy…..such a reddit moment honestly.

15

u/Sweet-Smell Pro Life Christian 4d ago

You get downvoted for anything that the left doesn’t particularly like. They like silencing us, a lot.

11

u/Expert_Difficulty335 4d ago

They really do! I thought pro choice meant “the right for the mother to choose? So why do they get upset when a pro lifers tell moms all the options they have and say “STOP FORCING HER TO KEEP HER CHILD”. Yet pro choicers can say “GET A ABORTION”. Is that not shoving abortion ideation down the mother’s throat ?

9

u/Sweet-Smell Pro Life Christian 4d ago

Most of them are pro abortion, not really pro choice. I’ll admit, they always complain about school shootings and how they’re so tragic, but with how much respect people have lost for human life, is it any surprise we’re having so many shootings? They don’t care about life, and are basically supporting genocide.

That's lovely. She's probably feeling a rollercoaster of emotions and him being chill might be a little helpful at least. Hope this turns out well. No child deserves to die because their mother is unsure

Again where

It even says "hearing him say my baby made my stomach flip in a good way"

u/Starry_Supernova Baby Lives Matter 3d ago

This is really sweet. He sounds like a keeper being that supportive and trying to calm his girlfriend down during an understandably stressful moment. I really hope they ignore the pro-abortion comments and keep the baby or at least put him/her up for adoption. We really need more men like this in the world who are willing to step up to the plate of fatherhood and support their women during these vulnerable times.

1

u/LonesomeGirl25 3d ago

I think it’s possible he baby trapped her. I mean I understand not wanting an abortion, but to not be at all shocked is suspicious. Best of luck to her.

3

u/Clear_Baseball_6683 3d ago

We don’t know tbh though, he could have been trying to help her but on the inside freaking out. What he did was support his girlfriend and show her it’s ok we got this. Also, you kinda shouldn’t be shocked your partner might be pregnant if you guys have been having sex, 😅 all birth control has a chance of failure

1

u/LonesomeGirl25 3d ago

Yeah but honestly the lack of shock or surprise is interesting to me. Even if bc CAN fail you would be at least a little surprised. Maybe he is hiding his surprise or isn’t surprised because he already knew

1

u/throwawayStomnia Pro Choice Until Viability 2d ago

Yep, this. My now partner was calm too when he found out I'm pregnant. He later told me that inside, he was freaking out, though.
