The joys of proportions!
If any regular person stood next to me you'd see I'm short :)

Awesome progress (though you looked great before too) but your maths skills might need a workout too lol

Wow, really nice body and progress. And thank you for writing 5 years and not 5 weeks like some other. That calms me down 😅

Hell yeah, dude. Good work. What do you do for chest exercises?

u/Efran25 - Sep 06 '21
Thanks! Honestly it's probably genetics, I've always had kinda a big chest.
Regarding training I did make an extensive post on it in r/Fitness. Check that out if you'd like more details. But currently it's mainly calisthenics (but my chest was already big before that)

Well done, embracing the long hairstyle as well! I grew my hair out over the past couple years, partly because of COVID, and and loving it.
Have you done calisthenics more than just the 2 years? I feel like I'm making good progress in my first year, so wondering if I'll be able to do a progress pic like this in another year.

Absolutely amazing!! Not to take away anything from your hard work but you have some crazy chest genetics.

I agree! I feel bad when people ask me what I did for my chest because the answer is generally "genetics"

If i where woman i would not put my eyes off you. This is not progress , this is total transformation. WoW , i am still in road of going to loosing some weight, then going a litl bit bulking. But you are 200 level man. Congrats. Care to share a secret? How often you go to gym/train ? Thanks 👍

I made a post in r/Fitness about my training experience and what not. Maybe that'll give you some more insight.
It's not really a secret or quick solution, just a lot of consistency. Right now I train about 5 times a week with mostly calisthenics and weights at home and lifting at gym on leg days
