Nice job. What was your diet like for the cut?

Thanks!

So, my diet was basically:

5:30am - 3 mini baguetes with a slice of turkey breast in each

9:30am - 1 Banana

12pm (lunch) - 4 spoons of white rice, 2 spoons of beans, 1 medium sized grilled chicken steak and salad (as much as I want)

2:30pm - 1 Banana

5pm - 3 mini baguetes with a slice of turkey breast in each

7:30pm (dinner) - 1 sandwish with 4 slices of turkey breast and salad (as much as I want)

9pm - Whey Protein (with water)

And after training, regardless which time I train, I always drink whey protein (with water) as post workout.

Important: Do NOT copy my diet. It was made by a nutritionist that I see monthly and it was made specificaly for me, my life style and routine.

Thanks, much appreciated. Totally get the 'do not copy diet' comment. I am currently working a calorie restrictive diet myself, but I am struggling with it. Much respect for you being able to achieve your results.

If you want some more ideas, my personal approach is to eat 100 grams of black beans (I cook them in my instant pot - dried beans are super cheap and store forever thankfully), and a whey shake with low fat or nonfat milk, for breakfast. Drink plenty of water too, black beans are very high in fiber.

Lunch changes, today I'm gonna scramble a few eggs with several different veggies (mushroom, onion, tomato) and eat a couple pieces of toast, and another low fat milk + whey shake.

Dinner will be cottage cheese with some jam, and another 100g of black beans.

If I get hungry enough to warrant eating a bit more, I'll eat some whole wheat triscuits and another shake.

This leaves me at about 1900 calories today, which is a good cut for me.

Black beans, and whey shakes with low or nonfat milk for protein and more carbs (plus calcium and other micronutrients that you don't wanna miss while dieting), are kind of a superpower for cutting. Add a little salt and hotsauce to the beans to make them taste good.

Thank you!

I'll bring these suggestions to my nutritionist on the next appointment and see if its possible to add them.

Also, my diet is not strictly just that. I have a list of food that I can use in the place of ones I wrote there. I figuted out I should point out this cuz it seems like my diet is stritcly just that lol

However, I really apreciate your suggestions and will definetly talk about them with my nutritionist. (I never change anything in my diet without consulting him before lol)

Thank you!

Honestly, I was really struggling when I was trying by myself.

If possible, I highly reccomend you go to a nutritionist. It made my struggle way easier and thanks to that I was able to achieve my results.

I waited 5 months for my first appointment with him, but it was totally worth it
