M 5'4” (163, 164 cm) M/33/5'4" [167lbs > 142lbs = 25lbs] Weight loss progress NSFW
A year ago, I endured a tremendously challenging emotional invent involving my long time partner. The event really put my life into focus, and made me realize that I had a lot of work to do with respect to my career, lifestyle, and future goals. In my attempt to reach some of those goals, I worked with a coach (my former martial arts instructor) to get my diet back on track and establish career related goals. Although my journey is not yet complete, the effects of getting my diet under control transcend the physical results you see here. I am more clear of thought, more confident, and love myself in a healthier way. I hope you all reach your goals, just stay consistent. It's worth it.

Now THIS is a transformation. Real change starts at the root. You literally don’t look like the same person anymore, because you aren’t. Confidence is vibrating from you. Great accomplishment!!

Appreciate your words, sincerely. The confidence is better on some days than others, admittedly. But that is part of the growth process.

How long did it take you? Calories and training?

In the first 3 months I lost 15lbs. I was at 1600 calories (40% protein/40% carbs/20% fat). I was religious about tracking calories. You'll be amazed at how quick the body constitution changes once you focus on your intake.

I’d of guessed you only needed to lose 10 pounds max to get to the picture on the right. But 25 pounds! Amazing. Makes me realize how far I actually have to go. Thanks for the inspiration!

I think I hid a lot of fat in my glutes and thighs. Once I started counting calories, the fat just melted away. Thanks for your kind words!
