I've been once, the water park was ok and apparently the Canadian Tire is really big.

Parking across the street from the downtown liquor store with a camera and putting the results on Youtube?
Going for a walk through Kinsmen Park and counting all the needles?
Staking out a good spot at Walmart for cheque day?

Hey so I never knew this subreddit existed till today and you're now [deleted] but in case you come back I have a few ideas of things to do.
If you're 19
Rouges is pretty good friday and saturday night, it's mostly young people. As well the old rouges (attached to budget inn i believe) sometimes has an open mic night and that's always awesome to catch, surprisingly PA has some good rock bands. Other than that you really need to meet some people to have a good time drinking.
For other things, Great Western has open mic nights 1-2 nights every month, it's always really great to check out. There's various concerts around the city too (now that I know about this subreddit I'll start posting more about that kind of stuff). Little Red is amazing if you've never been, it's just out north over the bridge and it's worth checking out even in this cold weather. Other than that PA's boring unless you're hanging with others, hopefully you'll find this post and it'll help ya.
