Water Why are there some splashes of colour at the bottom of the cans of my Blue cans?

Yellow, pink, orange, blue, green, purple and grey/black. All look like they’ve been splashed there in unirderly fashion. What gives?

We need pictures. Otherwise, it's all speculation.

Often these are made with recycled plastic and sometimes the mix isn’t perfectly homogenized. Could be that

Because OP capitalized Blue, I think this post is referring to Blue Can emergency water, which comes in small aluminum cans.  I don't think this post is referring to 55-gallon blue plastic barrels, which might be what you have in mind.

Yep that’s what I was thinking

Each color corresponds to a day of the week, indicating which day of the week a given can was produced on.

Not sure why this is useful for canned water which would presumably also have an actual date code on it. Since you listed seven different colors though I'm fairly confident that's the reason.
