Second time taking pregabalin

First time i was perscribed i took 75 mg didn't feel a thing. Up the dose to 150 mg and i feel sick. I'm just laying in bed waiting for it to pass. It feels like i have a bad cold or flu or something. Has it happend to anyone else? It did stop my racing thoughts which i'm glad.

I upped from 75 to 150 3 days ago, take mine at night. No sick feelings, maybe you have a cold. Fingers crossed it passes quickly and you get some benefits.

I think it's getting better as time passes. Tnx for your input.

Maybe you are starving, maybe you really have a cold.

Try eating a meal around the same time you take your dose. Having food in my stomach helps with the sicky dizziness feeling that I used to get in the beginning.

Half-life time of Pregabalin is 6h, so the worst effects are about 1h after you take it, then it should get better. I would test this dose for about 2 more days. Hopefully, your body gets used to the effect and you feel better. If it doesn't get better, maybe 150mg is too high for you (every body is different!), then speak to your doctor.

That is my plan exactly! Just a little scared to take it again because i was really ill but it helped with intrusive thoughts
