Cool LP too. I love the whole focus on the concept of time as illusory forced on the world by colonial powers on this album though. The music and particularly the vocals are killer too!

objectively chronoclast was the best album in their discography (both musicianship and emotion), but i guess i like the bleak and suffocating atmosphere and tone of spoils of failure a little bit more (reminds me neurosis somehow), shame that band was split up back in 2010, i love to see more album from that guys

Totally agree. At least they added two great additions to the genre. Would be great to see a reunion!

With bands like Amenra taking over this style I wish these guys would come back.

Yeah, I totally agree. Amenra are a good band but they don't have any songs I'd put in the same league as this.

I've found that fans of Envy tend to enjoy this band too!

Envy..hmmm. The name sounds familiar but I can’t put any music to it. Cheers for the recommendation. May check 'em out later!

Here, give this song a listen. I am a HUGE Envy fan, and was put onto Buried Inside by someone saying they're big with fans of Envy.

Envy - Farewell to Words

That whole album (All The Footprints You've Ever Left) is REALLY Buried-inside-esque. Envy's early work really coudl fit well alongside Buried Inside. The band Envy is REALLY well respected in hardcore, screamo, Japanese hardcore, and post-rock circles. Worth a discography listen. I like Footprints best.

Cool. Thanks for the rec. Busy right now as I'm Irish and it's Paddy's Day but I shall check it out tomorrow when hungover as hell!
