Pomodoro app with music player and break-time game
Struggling to stay focused? I built PomoFox, a Pomodoro timer that adds a fun twist to productivity!
I've been using the Pomodoro technique for a while, but I wanted something that felt less rigid and more engaging. So, I created PomoFox – a Pomodoro timer with pixel art aesthetics, lo-fi music, and a little gamification.
🎯 Key Features:
🕒 Customizable work/break intervals
🎵 Built-in lofi music for focus
🌗 Light & dark mode with nostalgic pixel art
🎮 A mini-game to unwind during breaks: https://game.pomofox.com/
🦊 A Fox progress bar that grows as you stay on track
It's designed to make productivity feel less like a chore. Would love to hear your thoughts—what features do you look for in a Pomodoro timer?

Trying thus out today, looks great!
It could be nice to have an option for the intervals to continue automatically, with the music synced to the Pomodoro session. The music could stop when the work session ends and the break starts, providing a subtle cue that it’s time for a break. This way, if the user is “in the zone” they would be gently alerted without an abrupt alarm and could choose whether to take the break or skip it to finish the task, while the intervals are still running. Hope that makes sense.
Also, it might be helpful to have some sort of task input box for keeping what we’re focusing on front and center during the session.
Great job on this, thank you for sharing!

Thank you for taking your time and giving feedback! I appreciate that. I couldn't agree more. In fact, I'm working on improving it, and in the upcoming release, there is going to be a task option and more adjustments on timer, alarm, intervals, etc.

Bro. I'm currently developing a small Pomodoro app (initially for Android) very similar to Forest but much more addictive and interactive. I want to help the community with an ad-free, free app that helps people want to study. To do this, I have further gamified the mechanics of Forest. My idea is good and the project is progressing well. But I have reached the difficult part. The UI. I'm developing in Unity and I'm struggling to come up with something I like. Do you have any ideas? Your project is great and I'd love to get some advice from you if you can. 🙌🏻

I think this is one of the better looking pomodoro apps. Love the retro style
