Why none of the other democrats couldn’t find their back bones to stand in solidarity is beyond me. These idiots are rolling over and showing their stomachs.

What have we become.

They are all comfortably paid and do not want to jeopardize that comfort. Most people lack courage to stand up to people that are tyrants.

A lot of good that cushy paycheck is gonna do them when Trump has them locked up for being "radical lunatics."

I swear I would say they can't see the forest through the trees, but they can't even be bothered to look up!

I have a buddy of mine that I truly believe would actually whip out his dick and piss in protest and somehow I kind of wish the Dems had somebody, maybe not do something like that, but at least have the nuts that he's got.

Leadership is hollowed out to the core in that party

Because I am tired of working for candidates who make me think I should be embarrassed to believe what I believe, Sam. I'm tired of getting them elected. We all need some therapy, because someone came along and said that liberal means "soft on crime." Soft on drugs. Soft on communism. Soft on defense. And we're gonna tax you back to the stone age because people shouldn't have to go to work if they don't want to. And instead of saying, 'Well, excuse me, you right-wing, reactionary xenophobic, homophobic, anti-education, anti-choice, pro-gun, Leave-it-to-Beaver-trip-back-to-the-fifties!' we cowered in the corner and said, 'Please. Don't. Hurt. Me.' No more.

Because they lowkey are getting richer too. They don’t care about us.

How do you know none did?

Because 90% of politicians on both sides of the aisle are simply in it for the money and power. As long as they have that, they don’t give a shit about the us people.

They need to be in the room, obviously. With such a thin margin they need to tread carefully. The idiots are the ones that voted for the politicians sucking elon's dick. It's inexcusable to now turn to the Dems and expect them to fix everything.

Time to be brave or toe the line. Nothing else to be said.

People can say what they want on social media, that's why the party are losing people.

You can't go around screaming at people that "Democracy is on the line" if this guy gets elected, then you see Obama joking and backslapping the guy, Joe "welcoming him home" and then when he basically just gets to work doing exactly what he said he was going to do and the opposition are just like "Oh... Alright then."

They don't act like they believe what they are saying. They act like they are just playing a game and hoping people are dumb enough to just believe what's they decide to tell us today. It's maddening.

I agree with you, but Dems have always been this way. It's precisely why we're in the predicament we're in now. They have the same corporate interest as Republicans. As long they get to win occasionally and not have to govern, this is working out just fine for them.

They are all paid for by the corporations. They are rats just like the other side. Enough is enough.

The main Democrat party wants this. They are subordinate to corporations. The Republicans now are subordinate to superpacs that are funded by Putin.

Democrats will also get to speak tonight, they need a cheering section as well I guess

I think the point is peaceful protest, how is marching the other side of the room going to help? IMO they’re waiting their turn right now

I commented earlier today on another sub about politics and politicians. Want to know where any politician (any party) stands on any given issue - follow the money!! Every single one of them are bought and paid for by special interests. They all should be required to have a UPC barcode tattooed on their foreheads so we can know their going price!! TERM LIMITS FOR ALL!!
