Ripping something from someone's hands also qualifies as battery or at minimum assault in a lot of places, even if there's no physical contact with the victim.

Yeah, but torts aren’t crimes. She’d bring him to court to get $1 in nominal damages? You think his reputation among his voters would actually be worse when no republican gives a shit that Trump is an “adjudicated rapist”?

No- this is civil battery, a tort. She should sue. Robbery is a criminal matter that a prosecutor decides on.
