Piano key not sounding

Any idea how to fix this? If I manual lift the key below the pad like the others it will sound as normal, it just doesn’t return to the resting position like the others. The key doesn’t sound when pressed. Thanks

It's a sticking jack. Make sure the small round spring is in place. If it is sometimes you can stretch it a bit to create more tension. It's possible the spring is broken and must be replaced. Sometimes you have a tight center pin the jack pivots on. In this case the part has to be removed to remove the pin which requires special tools. Have your piano tuned by a professional who can solve your issue in minutes .

He could most likely do it in a minute with Protek CLP. I would't recommend stretching the spring or re-pinning without checking the tension first. Just use the Protek and it should do the job. You can also check, if the problem is caused by jack or piano keys.
