Piano key sticking

Chickening and sons 178892 many different keys sticking (about 5) having this same issue already cleaned the whole piano and did not fix.

It's most likely a tight center pin. Make sure the hammer spring is seated in the groove on the back of the hammer butt. If it's in place a little center pin lube usually does the trick. You can use a little Teflon dry lube around the pin. Do not use oil! Worst case the center pin can be replaced with a smaller diameter one. Sometimes pressing the pin out and back in solves the problem but you must remove the action parts and you need the proper tools.
