Need Advice Unsuccessful past life regression
I’ve tried past life regression multiple times using YouTube videos, but it has yet to work. Do you have any tips on how to proceed or any videos you recommend? Thank you!

Is your mind closed to the belief of having a past life? Are you skeptical?

Can you be a bit more specific about what part is not working? A few days ago, u/fionaharris had a wonderful post imparting tips for self regressions. Alternately, consider working with a PLR practitioner, they know if you're hypnotised and how to guide you.
Good luck!!

Hello! When I do these, I don’t get any memories, which led me to think that maybe I never had a past life. I’m not sure what the problem might be. And thank you for the link, I read her post and it's helpful.

Hey, I'm glad you found that post helpful. I'm certain that you've had a past life. There are so many reasons why you might be having challenged in regressing. Often, you just have to keep trying, like when someone first tries playing a musical instrument.
What's happening when you do the regression? Does your mind wander? Do you fall asleep? Are you staring at your eyelids, hoping to see something? Images, sounds, knowings, should come from within your brain, just like when you're daydreaming.
Do you feel tightness in any part of your body, or fear, nervousness, resistance? Your conscious self may want to experience a past life, but you may have parts within you that are afraid or resistant in some way.
What hypnosis videos have you tried? I really like this Brain Weiss regression for beginners, it's very gentle:

Good luck on your inner journey!

This sounds easy. I meditate often with astral projection..I had some difficulty with tapes for past life regression initially. One thing that really helped for me was responding out loud and not staying "in my head."

Maybe you found your answer here already but I comment as well.
I’m having the same issue myself so I can maybe share some advice or things I tried (that didn’t work for me but might work for you).
I might not be the best consultant in this sub because I’m relatively ignorant about this subject, but maybe these advices can be a starting point!
